Operations & Compliance Manual
The platform provides two distinct portals: QA Officers / Managers land on the Dashboard and have access to: Dashboard, Review Queue, Analytics, Reports, PCRs, Protocols, and Settings. Providers (field crew) have a different portal with access to “My Charts” only.
Navigation
Section titled “Navigation”The primary navigation is the left-side vertical nav with section links and a footer area with the dark mode toggle and System Logout button.
The Dashboard Landing Page
Section titled “The Dashboard Landing Page”The Dashboard is the default landing screen after login. It displays four summary cards: “Global Compliance” (30-day compliance trend), “Mission Count” (total reports), “Pending Review” (calls in queue), and “Quality Alerts” (high-priority variance count). Below those are a “Clinical Performance Indicators” section (KPI cards), a “Compliance Velocity” chart (weekly compliance trend), and a “Top Protocols” list. Each summary card is clickable and navigates to the relevant page.
