The Review Queue table columns are, in order: (expander arrow), ID, Priority, Impression, Primary Symptom, Level of Care, Disposition, QA Score, Status, Date, Actions.

Each row can be expanded by clicking the arrow. The expanded panel shows three sections:

  • “Clinical Narrative Preview” — a snippet of the provider’s written narrative
  • “Clinical Context” — Chief Complaint, Lead Provider, Provider Level, Outcome
  • “Initial Vitals” — BP, HR, SpO2

Each row has two action buttons:

  • “View” (eye icon) — opens the PCR in read-only mode. The header shows a gray “Viewing” badge.
  • “Review” (play icon, indigo) — opens the PCR in active review mode and makes the disposition buttons (Flag, Approve) available. The header shows an indigo “Reviewing” badge. This button is only visible to QA Officers and QA Managers, not to providers.

When no records match the filters, the table shows the message: “No PCRs currently match your filter criteria or require review.”
