Quick Start

This guide will help you complete your first clinical audit in under five minutes.

  1. Login
    Navigate to the portal and enter your credentials to establish a session.

  2. Filter Queue
    Go to the Review Queue, locate a pending PCR, and click “Review” (the indigo button with a play icon) to open it in review mode. Note that the “View” button (eye icon) opens in read-only mode.

  3. Conduct Review
    Review the complete chart including:

    • Protocol Compliance tab to evaluate the AI’s evaluation and the protocol adherence.
    • Narrative tab to evaluate the provider’s documentation.
    • Vitals & Meds to see what flowchart items are documented.
    • Physical Exam to confirm clinical findings and examinations.
    • Notes Leave comments or message providers directly within the review to provide feedback or request clarification.

  4. Finalize/Approve
    Verify the automated protocol compliance checks. Click Approve to finalize the audit. The record’s status will update to Reviewed in the queue.
