Archival Search & Reporting
To track long-term performance or investigate specific incidents:
- Navigate to the PCRs page.
- Use the Search by Incident ID bar at the top left.
- Observe the Review Status badges:
- “In Progress” (indigo/blue) — audit has been opened but not finalized
- “Pending Review” (amber/yellow) — not yet opened by a QA officer
- “Reviewed” (emerald/green) — audit is complete and approved
- “Flagged” (amber) — marked for secondary review by a QA Manager
Filter Parameters
Section titled “Filter Parameters”The PCRs page has a “Filters” button that opens the filter panel. The panel header is “Filter Parameters” with a “Reset All” button. Primary filters include:
- “Review Status” — All Reviews, Pending, In Progress, Reviewed, Flagged
- “Priority” — All Priorities, High, Medium, Low
- “From Date” / “To Date” date pickers
An “Active Filters” bar appears above the table when filters are applied, showing each active filter as a removable pill. A “Clear All” button removes all filters at once.
Table Structure
Section titled “Table Structure”The table columns in order are: Incident ID, Primary Impression, Provider, Review Status, Score, Date, Actions. The Actions column has a “View Details” link (with external link icon).
